About you
You wrote the book on growth hacking, well not literally, but you know the strategies and tactics to successfully and sustainably grow brands and their communities. As our first marketing hire, you will focus on designing, executing and benchmarking growth strategies in tandem with our Co-CEO, ultimately building out your own team to lead growth. You should be able to tailor solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. A top-notch growth hacker is innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.

If you have an interest in cybersecurity, blockchain/cryptocurrencies, data, user privacy, and anonymization you are probably a very good fit for our team.
 

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Attract and maintain users through aggressive growth KPI’s by marketing our products, apps, services and unique selling points of the brand and platform.

  • Building and growing our online community on various platforms (e.g. Medium, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn)

  • Evolve our marketing communications through key messaging improvements across marketing, product and overall value proposition.

  • Lead co-marketing and PR initiatives with our partners.

  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing strategies.

  • Implementing initiatives and projects to achieve growth goals for the company.

  • Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.

  • Developing and executing campaigns to drive traffic to digital channels.

  • Developing compelling content across all our online channels.

What you need for this position

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong understanding of digital performance marketing strategies supported by clear measurement frameworks & principles.

  • Proven success in growth marketing with experience improving key metrics across operational campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, email marketing, top of funnel growth and funnel optimization.

  • Passion for cybersecurity and an interest in the world of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, Defi, NFTs - Web3!

  • Experience leading a collaborative, results-oriented and data-driven marketing department.

  • Deep Experience with core digital marketing performance channels (e.g. Discord, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

  • Experience with both Apple and Google App store performance and promotions.

  • Advanced Reporting and KPI monitoring skillset (Improve and scale our existing reporting).

  • Ability to map out our user journey and increase user funnel conversion.

  • Influencer marketing experience identifying and engaging influencers.

  • Management experience in coordinating a team of marketing professionals.
